Prepares regular financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.) and presents to President and Executive Vice President as scheduled with explanations of variances and irregularities.Works closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate payment of invoices received.Plans for and effectively manages cash flow, makes determination of when and where to invest cash, when to pay debt, etc.to maximize return. Safeguards the financial resources of the business through establishing and monitoring programs for internal controls and general security.Ensure integrity of general ledger, creates and reviews monthly journal entries.
